Role on DAMSS Team
Dr. Valdez is Senior Personnel on the DAMSS project and is involved in the dissemination of findings, as well as translation and cross-cultural survey research.
Research Interests
Dr. Valdez' studies quantitative sampling and measurement practices for underrepresented populations, and is currently focused on sexual health attitudes among Spanish-speaking Latinx communities. He also conducts research in meta-science.
On a Personal Note
In his free time, Dr. Valdez enjoys recreational swimming, and being a self-proclaimed movie snob and home DIY enthusiast.
