Biography

Role on DAMSS Team

Dr. Lo is a Co-Principal Investigator on the DAMSS team. He contributes to psychometrics, the development of survey items and instruments, and data analysis.

Research Interests

His research interests involve methodological issues related to analyses with a focus on psychometric methods and developing psychological inventory. Dr. Lo's recent research agenda concentrates on statistical methods for the detection of bias in psychological measurement, especially measurement invariance on latent factor models. 

On a Personal Note

In his free time, he enjoys watching TV and movies, reading, and assembling plastic models.
